What does buying a home in Israel involve?
The main stages are: agreeing a price, appointing your own real estate lawyer, a legal check of the property's registration and any liens, signing the contract, paying in stages set out in the contract, reporting purchase tax, and finally registering the property in your name. We guide you through each stage and work alongside your lawyer.
Can I buy in Ra'anana while I'm still living abroad?
Yes. Many of our clients buy before they move. We view homes on your behalf, send photos and video, and your lawyer can act for you with a power of attorney, so you do not have to be in Israel for every step.
How is the asking price of a home in Ra'anana set?
We look at recent sales of similar homes nearby and adjust for size, floor, condition, outdoor space, parking, a safe room (mamad) and the building's age. A realistic price from day one usually sells faster and for a better result.
What should landlords check before signing a lease?
Confirm the tenant's identity and income, agree the guarantees and deposit in writing, list the property's condition with photos, and use a clear lease that follows Israel's Fair Rental Law. We handle all of this for our landlords.
